Attend the informational meeting on
October 15 from 3-4 pm
This meeting is MANDATORY for any 7th or 8th grader trying out for the musical.
What you will receive/learn about at the MANDATORY
Informational meeting:
- A synopsis of the show
- A description of the characters
- Specific Rehearsal and Performance dates and times
- An audition contract
- Our expectations throughout the season
- An explanation of a very specific audition process
- Lots of reasons why you should be a part of the musical!!!!
FAQ:
Q: I have a GMS sport or activity conflict, on Tuesday 10/15, what should I do?
A: Talk to us or email us at least 24 hours ahead of time! We will share you!
Q: I want to participate in a GMS winter sport: Basketball, Cheerleading or Wrestling, can I still be a part of the musical?
A: Unfortunately, we would have daily conflicts, which would not be good for your cast mates or team mates!
Q: I want to be in stage crew! Do I need to go to the meeting on Tuesday, 10/15?
A: Nope. The stage crew meeting will be later in the year!
Q: If I go to the meeting on 10/15, do I have to try out?
A: You are under no obligation to audition if you attend the informational meeting. BUT, you cannot audition if you do not attend the meeting, so if you’re even just thinking about it, come to the meeting on the 15th!!!!
